Hello, I’m Sarah, functional Nutritional therapy practitioner, dog mom, and lover of Kombucha. My practice is here to guide and help you on your path to having the best periods possible. I remember my own health struggles that led me to nutritional therapy, where I experienced the power of whole foods, empowering lifestyle changes, and the body's desire to heal itself. I’m confident you can have this experience too. When we work together we will address the root of the problem and heal it. There are no BAND AID fixes here. It’s a journey that allows you to become innately connected to your body and really experience how food nourishes you.

Nutrition is vital to our health and well-being. Our bodies need to be able to interact and utilize the nutrients we consume through the food we eat for all of our daily functions – thinking, playing, moving, learning, and creating. So, nutritional therapy is based on that interaction between us and our food.  As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I have the tools to assess where specific deficiencies or weaknesses are in the body and fine tune a nutritional plan specific to you to optimize those interactions that are needed.

I am certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
